भारत की राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने Rashtrapati Bhavan में MY Bharat-NSS अवॉर्ड्स 2022-23 प्रस्तुत किए। इस अवसर पर 10 NSS इकाइयों के साथ उनके कार्यक्रम अधिकारियों और 30 NSS स्वयंसेवकों को उत्कृष्ट सामुदायिक सेवा के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। ये पुरस्कार साक्षरता, स्वास्थ्य, पर्यावरण, महिला सशक्तिकरण, आपदा राहत और स्वच्छता जैसे क्षेत्रों में योगदान को मान्यता देते हैं। प्रत्येक NSS इकाई को ₹2 लाख, कार्यक्रम अधिकारियों को ₹1.5 लाख, और स्वयंसेवकों को ₹1 लाख के साथ पदक और प्रमाणपत्र दिए गए। “NOT ME, BUT YOU” (स्वयं से पहले आप) के आदर्श वाक्य के साथ, NSS भारत भर में 40 लाख से अधिक स्वयंसेवकों को प्रेरित करता रहा है।
