· वड़ा कोलम पालघर में वर्षों से उगाया जाता रहा है। यह अपने छोटे दाने, सुगंध और स्वाद के लिए और पाचन के लिए हल्का होने के लिए जाना जाता है। यह ग्लूटेन फ्री होता है।
