Mobile World Congress 2024 is being organized in Spain

  • Mobile World Congress 2024 (MWC) began on February 26 this time. This connectivity event is being hosted by GSMA and will be held in Barcelona, Spain. The event will run until February 29.
  • Many of the tech companies, such as OnePlus, Honor, Xiaomi and others, will be showcasing their latest gadgets and smartphones at the event.
  • The theme of MWC this year is "Future First" and many of the discussions will be on this topic. The event is divided into six sub-themes, including Humanizing AI, 5G and beyond, Connecting All, Manufacturing DeX, Game Changers, and Our Digital DNA.
  • The event will be attended by several key note speakers who will share their visions with the world. One of them is Brad Smith, Vice President and Chairman of Microsoft, and Aviv Shapira, Founder and CEO of Extend, who will present the role of 5G in robotics.
