India Skills Report 2025: Kerala ranked among top States for employability in India

  • Kerala continues to maintain its position as one of the most employable states in India, according to the India Skills Report 2025, with an employability rate of 71%.
  • The report, prepared by Wheebox in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), highlights that management graduates have the highest global employability potential at 78%, followed by engineering students (71.5%), MCA graduates (71%), and science graduates (58%).
  • The report also mentions that states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Delhi are emerging as major hubs for employable talent, while cities such as Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai are leading in providing skilled workforces.
