  • भारत ने 27 फरवरी 2025 को स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के सबसे निडर क्रांतिकारियों में से एक चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद की 95वीं शहादत दिवस मनाई। राजनीतिक नेताओं ने उनके साहस और बलिदान को श्रद्धांजलि दी। ब्रिटिश द्वारा कभी जीवित पकड़ाए न जाने की अपनी प्रतिज्ञा के अनुसार, आज़ाद 27 फरवरी 1931 को अल्फ्रेड पार्क, इलाहाबाद में 24 वर्ष की आयु में एक गोलीबारी में शहीद हुए।
  • चंद्रशेखर तिवारी के रूप में 23 जुलाई 1906 को भाबरा (मध्य प्रदेश) में जन्मे, उन्होंने 15 वर्ष की आयु में अदालत में अपनी पहचान साहसपूर्वक घोषित करके “आज़ाद” उपनाम प्राप्त किया। जलियांवाला बाग नरसंहार से प्रभावित होकर उन्होंने असहयोग आंदोलन में भाग लिया, लेकिन बाद में क्रांतिकारी राष्ट्रवाद की ओर मुड़े और हिंदुस्तान रिपब्लिकन एसोसिएशन और बाद में हिंदुस्तान सोशलिस्ट रिपब्लिकन एसोसिएशन (HSRA) में शामिल हुए।
  • आज़ाद ने काकोरी साजिश और ब्रिटिश अधिकारी जेपी सॉन्डर्स की हत्या में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। उनका निडर नेतृत्व और समर्पण आज भी पीढ़ियों को प्रेरित करता है और भारत के स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में अडिग देशभक्ति का प्रतीक बना हुआ है।
