IAS officer Radhika Jha appointed as the new CEO of EESL

  • Radhika Jha, an IAS officer from the year 2002, has been named Chief Executive Officer of the state-run Energy Efficiency Services (EESL).
  • EESL is a collaborative venture of NTPC, Power Grid, Power Finance Corp, and REC with the goal of increasing energy efficiency in the country.
  • Radhika Jha was appointed secretary of the Uttarakhand Education Department in July.
  • Prior to this, he has served as the Secretary to the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand from 2017 to 2021, assisting the Chief Minister in all executive and legislative matters.
