· Former International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Jacques Rogge has passed away.
· He spent 12 years as President of the IOC from 2001 to 2013, overseeing three Summer Games and three Winter Games, as well as producing the Youth Olympics. After that the command was taken over by Thomas Bach.
