At the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam (ABSS), Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan issued Letters of Intent (LoIs) to four foreign universities — three from Australia (Western Sydney, Victoria, La Trobe) and one from the UK (University of Bristol) — to establish campuses in India. He also announced education projects worth ₹4,000 crore and revealed that up to 15 foreign institutions may set up campuses in India.
