Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh has become the first Indian bowler to take 100 wickets in T20 Internationals, achieving the milestone during India’s final group stage match against Oman in the 2025 Asia Cup. He reached this landmark in just 64 matches, becoming the fastest Indian fast bowler and the third-fastest globally, behind Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan and Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga. Since his debut in July 2022 against England, Arshdeep has taken 43 powerplay wickets and 48 death-over wickets, maintaining a career average of 18.37.
