  • The army won the title by defeating Railways 6-4 in the tie-breaker in the final of the 71st Senior National Men's Kabaddi Championship 2024. 
  • Led by Naveen Kumar, the army performed brilliantly throughout the tournament, defeating Punjab 43-35 in the semifinals. 
  • Railways had entered the final by beating Uttar Pradesh 42-34 in the semifinals, but the army secured victory in a thrilling match.
