· Zee Entertainment Enterprises approved the merger of the company with Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) in line with its strategy to achieve high growth and profitability as a leading media and Entertainment Company in South Asia.
· Sony Group will have the right to nominate majority directors on the board of the merged entity.
