  • The Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) has announced former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh as the brand ambassador for the third T20 World Cup for the Blind to be held in India.
  • The participating countries for the third T20 World Cup for the blind are India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Australia, South Africa, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
  • The India squad list was announced with I. Ajay Kumar Reddy B2 (Andhra Pradesh) leading the team as a captain and Venkateswara Rao Dunna – B2 (Andhra Pradesh) the vice-captain.
  • The World Cup matches commence from 6th December to 17th December 2022.
