World Urbanism Day 2021: 8 November

Every year on November 8th, the International Society of City and Regional Planners commemorates World Urbanism Day around the world (ISOCARP).
This day is also known as “World Town Planning Day”.
Its principal goal is to recognise and promote the importance of planning in the development of livable communities.
World Urbanism Day, also known as "World Town Planning Day," was established in 1949 by an international organisation.
Every November 8th, it is observed in over 30 countries across four continents.
