The World Health Summit was organized in Berlin, the capital of Germany, from October 15 to 17, 2023.
The theme of this conference has been kept 'A decisive year for global health action'.
On behalf of India, Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Bharati Pravin Pawar participated virtually in the conference.
The academic backbone of the event is the M8 alliance of academic health centres, universities and national academies.
Its first edition was held in the year 2009.
