World Cerebral Palsy Day is celebrated every year on 6 October.
This disease is also known as CP.
This is a serious nervous system related disease which is seen in children since birth.
This disease has been kept in the category of disability.
The brain development of the child suffering from this is less than that of normal children.
Due to this the functioning of their brain gets affected.
The theme of World Cerebral Palsy Day, 2023 is 'Together Stronger'.
This day was celebrated for the first time in the year 2012.
