In October 2023, the International Hockey Organization has announced the Women's F.I.H. The venue of the Hockey Olympic Qualifier has been changed.
Earlier this qualifier was to be held in Changzhou, China.
F.I.H. According to the decision of now it will be organized in India.
F.I.H. Hockey Olympic Qualifier will be organized in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.
The qualifier will be held in Ranchi from January 13 to 19, 2024.
Apart from India, women's hockey teams from 7 other countries will participate in it.
The teams that finish in the top 3 will participate in the Paris Olympics, 2024.
