Vinay Mohan Kwatra has taken over as India's Ambassador to the US, succeeding Taranjit Singh Sandhu.
Kwatra, a seasoned diplomat, served as India's 34th Foreign Secretary from May 2022 to July 2024 and was previously the Ambassador to France and Nepal.
