Vandana Gupta assumed charge as the Controller General of Communication Accounts (CGCA) in New Delhi. A 1990-batch IP&TAFS officer, she has served in key roles across the Department of Telecommunications, Department of Posts, and various central government departments including GASAB, Ministry of Women & Child Development, and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. As CGCA, she will oversee financial accounting, audits, and Universal Service Obligation Fund operations for India’s telecom sector, reflecting her extensive administrative experience and distinguished public service record.
