Vaishali Nigam Sinha, Co-Founder and Chairperson – Sustainability at ReNew, has been elected as President of the UN Global Compact Network India for 2025–27. Her appointment marks a historic shift as she becomes the first private sector leader in over 20 years to head the Indian arm of the global UN corporate sustainability initiative.
