Uttarakhand Government, with Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and India AI Mission, organized the Uttarakhand AI Impact Summit 2025 on 17 October at Dehradun’s Hotel Ramada as a prelude to India-AI Impact Summit 2026. The summit highlighted AI for social inclusion, innovation, and public service improvement, promoting the Digital Uttarakhand initiative. Union Minister Jitin Prasada inaugurated the event, emphasizing AI as the defining technology of this century. Experts from IIT Roorkee, IIM Kashipur, UPES, STPI Dehradun, and AI startups showcased solutions for social impact. Panel discussions encouraged youth participation and responsible AI adoption. The summit showcased India’s push for digital transformation and set the stage for the 2026 India-AI Impact Summit.
