On the basis of the Nauru Declaration's principles, the UN General Assembly passed Resolution A/RES/79/266 in March 2025, establishing July 25 as the official International Day for Judicial Well-being. The initiative underscores the vital role of judicial health in supporting global frameworks like UNCAC and promoting anti-corruption, access to justice, and lasting peace through a stronger and well-supported judiciary.
