  • The "Dialogue for Holistic Development of Animal Husbandry Sector in North-East India" will be organized by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India on 23-24 January 2025 in Shillong, Meghalaya, which will be inaugurated by Union Minister Shri Rajiv Ranjan Singh.
  • The objective of this conference is to explore opportunities for growth and development through value chain strengthening, technology interventions and policy support for the development of animal husbandry and poultry sector in the north-eastern states, as well as to promote knowledge sharing and capacity building among farmers, entrepreneurs, policy makers and researchers.
