The Ministry of Panchayati Raj is set to roll out ‘SabhaSaar’, an Artificial Intelligence-powered tool that will automatically generate structured Minutes of Meeting (MoM) from Gram Sabha and Panchayat meeting audio/video recordings. Scheduled to be launched by Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh in New Delhi, the tool leverages AI and NLP technologies to transcribe conversations, identify key action points, and prepare accurate minutes. Integrated with Bhashini (National Language Translation Mission), SabhaSaar currently supports 13 Indian languages, ensuring inclusivity and efficiency in local governance.
