  • Union Minister for Home Affairs and Cooperation Shri Amit Shah inaugurated the National Investigation Agency (NIA)'s Special Digital Case Management System (CCMS). 
  • The Union Home Minister also e-inaugurated two branch offices of NIA in Jammu and Kerala and a residential complex in Raipur. Mr Shah also launched NCRB's mobile app 'Sankalan' on three new criminal laws.
  • The National Investigation Agency (NIA) inaugurated the Special Digital Case Management System (CCMS).
  • CCMS will improve coordination in the functioning of NIA, which will improve the justice system.
  • NCRB's mobile app 'Sankalan' has also been launched, which will help in navigating criminal laws.
  • The CCMS will promote strong cooperation between central and state agencies, including counter-terrorist squads of the state police.
