Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on 1 February 2022 presented the Union budget 2022-2023.
The govt has decided to levy 30% tax, the highest tax band in the country, on income arising out of the sale of digital assets.
Finance Minister has listed four government priorities for the ‘Amrit Kaal’, from 75 years to 100 years of India’s independence.
