Unemployment rate in Uttar Pradesh

According to recent data, the unemployment rate has decreased in Uttar Pradesh.
It has come down to 2.60% during the financial year 2022-23.
Whereas in the last financial year the same unemployment rate was 6.0%.
This report was released in the Periodic Labor Force Survey by the Union Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation.
According to the report, the unemployment rate has decreased by 3.80 percent in the last 6 years.
Now the unemployment rate in the state has become less than the national average.
The national average of unemployment is 3.40%.
Last year the average unemployment rate in the country was 6.1%.
