  • This pen features a recycled paper refill, non-toxic ink, and options for a metal, paper, or bamboo exterior, aimed at reducing plastic waste.
  • Saurabh H Mehta, with a background in sustainability and innovation, started this mission over seven years ago to create a pen without plastic.
  • Over 50 billion ballpoint pens are discarded yearly, with 95% made of plastic.
  • To combat this, Saurabh founded bioQ, an eco-friendly stationery company, to focus on sustainable alternatives and reduce plastic waste in pens.
