Recently, Union Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Thakur announced the organization of the first Khelo India Para Games.
These games will be organized in New Delhi.
It will be organized from December 10 to 17, 2023.
7 sports events will be included in this.
The names of these events are – Para Athletics, Para Shooting, Para Archery, Para Football, Para Badminton, Para Table Tennis and Para Weight Lifting.
The main objective of organizing Khelo India Para Games is to identify talent and provide a fair opportunity to young and aspiring para athletes to showcase their skills.
