The country's tallest national flag has been hoisted near Attari Border in Amritsar district of Punjab in October, 2023.
The height of this national flag is 418 feet.
Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari hoisted this flag and inaugurated it.
Till now the national flag located in Belagavi, Karnataka was the tallest.
The height of this flag is 361 meters.
Now it has become the second tallest national flag.
Beating the Retreat is organized at Attari-Wagah Border itself.
