The Tamil Nadu government appointed senior advocate G. Krishnaraja as the Director of Prosecution.
Krishnaraja was appointed by the selection committee, which also included a retired Madras High Court judge, and has extensive experience as Additional Public Prosecutor and Government Pleader in Chennai.
