The Supreme Court has revised its earlier stance and ruled that feeding stray dogs on public roads and other open spaces will not be allowed. Instead, the Delhi civic body will designate specific feeding zones for stray animals. The Court further clarified that individuals who violate the order by feeding strays in public areas may face action under applicable legal provisions.
