  • Tokyo Paralympics gold medallist Sumit Antil and shot-put star Bhagyashree Jadhav will be the flag-bearers of the Indian contingent at the opening ceremony of the Paris Paralympics. 
  • The Paralympics will be held from August 28 to September 8. A total of 84 athletes will represent the India at the Games. This is the country's largest-ever contingent at the Paralympic Games.
