The stopgap funding bill relates to the United States.
The US President has recently signed this bill.
This bill has been implemented for 45 days.
Federal agencies will be funded through this bill.
It would keep federal agencies funded at current levels through mid-November and include $16 billion of funds requested by the President for disaster relief.
It does not include additional aid for Ukraine sought by Democrats.
