  • South Africa has started the joint military exercise 'Mosi-II' with Russia-China.
  • This naval exercise, called Mosi, which means "smoke" in the Tswana language, originated in the Indian Ocean off the coast of South Africa.
  • 350 members of the armed forces will participate on behalf of the South African National Defense Force (SANDF).
