Shri Sarbananda Sonowal launches Maritime Single Window and MMD Module at SagarSetu (NLP-Marine)
The Maritime Single Window (MSW) module will reduce waiting time in ports by up to 40%, helping in faster return of vessels through an online submission/approval process.
The MMD module will provide transparency, plan ocean operations, and reduce the time taken by up to 30%.
The MSW module is designed to revolutionize the exchange of maritime related information and documents.
International standards will be followed through NLP-Marine.
This innovative system will eliminate the dependence on paper-based and manual processes.
The Sagar-Setu mobile app will enable digital payments and streamline export-export clearances.
Maritime Vision 2030 will pave the way for India to achieve excellence in ease of doing business and efficiency.
