  • Shri Kishore Makwana assumed the charge of Chairman, National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) in New Delhi today. Shri Luv Kush Kumar also assumed charge as Member, National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) in New Delhi today.
  • Makwana has claimed to have participated in the Commission's scheme for the socio-economic development of the Scheduled Castes along with exchanging the participation of the Commission.
  • Among his past experiences, serving as joint spokesperson of BJP's Gujarat unit, working as a journalist and columnist is also important.
  • He has authored several books and nine books on Dr. Ambedkar. In addition, he has translated and edited several books.
