Union Minister for Education and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated the two-day Ullas Mela at National Bal Bhawan, New Delhi today.
The Ullas Mela aims to promote the importance of 100 percent literacy.
Learners were encouraged under the new credit architecture to earn credit points for literacy.
Play-based learning models were supported and workshops were organized for skill development.
