  • SEBI has launched the SEVA chatbot, an AI-enabled tool designed to assist investors by answering questions about the securities market and SEBI’s complaint redressal platform (SCORES). 
  • This chatbot offers features such as citations, follow-up question responses, and speech-to-text and text-to-speech conversion.
  • SEBI launched SCORES 2.0, an enhanced version of its online complaint redressal platform, on April 1, 2024. 
  • This platform allows investors to lodge complaints against listed companies and SEBI-registered intermediaries, providing a streamlined and efficient way to address issues in the securities market.
