SEBI has launched the SEVA chatbot, an AI-enabled tool designed to assist investors by answering questions about the securities market and SEBI’s complaint redressal platform (SCORES).
This chatbot offers features such as citations, follow-up question responses, and speech-to-text and text-to-speech conversion.
SEBI launched SCORES 2.0, an enhanced version of its online complaint redressal platform, on April 1, 2024.
This platform allows investors to lodge complaints against listed companies and SEBI-registered intermediaries, providing a streamlined and efficient way to address issues in the securities market.
