Seabuckthorn fruit is found in Ladakh.
Recently this fruit was developed by G. I. tag has been provided.

Seabuckthorn fruit is known as Leh Berry and Ladakhi Gold.
By eating this fruit a person gets relief from diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc.
Potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus are found in seabuckthorn fruit. Apart from this, Vitamin B1, B2, B6, C and Vitamin E are found in it.
