Glasgow-born Indian-origin artist Jasleen Kaur has won the UK's prestigious Turner Prize 2024 for piecing together the 'personal, political and spiritual' aspects.
Jasleen's works are inspired by her life while growing up in Scotland's Sikh community. Kaur received the award of around Rs 26.84 lakh for her solo exhibition 'Alter Alter' at a ceremony held at Tate Britain in London.
