State Bank of India has launched CHAKRA, a specialised centre to strengthen financing for emerging sunrise sectors. Introduced on 31 January 2026, the platform will help convert complex technologies into bankable investment models. It will focus on high-growth areas such as renewable energy, electric mobility, semiconductors, green hydrogen and smart infrastructure.
