Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty have won the Men’s double of the Thailand Open on 19 May 2024, beating the Chinese pair of Chen Bo Yang and Liu Yi 21-15, 21-15 in straight sets.
The Indain duo defeated Lu Ming-Che and Tang Kai-Wei of Chinese Taipei 21-11, 21-12 to enter the final of the tournament.
This tournament has a special place in the careers of Satwik and Chirag, as they won the title in 2019 for their first Superseries or Super 500 level victory.
The world number three Indian pair were also the top seed in this tournament.
