·         Ashok Buildcon's Managing Director and Promoter Satish Parekh has taken over as the President of the India Chapter of the International Road Federation (IRF).

·         The Governing Council of the International Road Federation unanimously endorsed Satish Parekh as the President of IRF-IC. He replaces Shubmay Gangopadhyay, former director of the Central Road Research Institute.

·         Geneva-based global road safety body IRF is working for better and safer roads around the world.
