Indian para athlete Sachin Sarjerao won the gold medal in the men's shot put event and set an Asian record at the World Para Athletics Championships.
In Para Athletics, India's Sachin Sarjerao Khilari won the gold medal in men's shot put at the World Para Athletics Championships in Kobe, Japan.
He also set a new Asian record with a throw of 46m in the F16.30 category to defend his title at the World Championships.
