Railway Protection Force (RPF) seized narcotics worth over Rs 7.40 crore in June 2022.
In a crackdown on narcotic substances, RPF recovered various narcotic products, including designer drugs, valued at over Rs 7.40 crore last month and arrested 165 people with Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS).
RPF started a month-long pan-India drive against smuggling of narcotics through rail, named Operation ‘NARCOS’ in the month of June.
