Mrs. S. Radha Chauhan, a retired IAS officer from the 1988 Uttar Pradesh cadre, officially took over as the Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission in New Delhi. She succeeds Shri Adil Zainulbhai, who served in the role since April 2021. Known for her administrative experience across both State and Central Governments, Chauhan previously served as Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) and brings extensive knowledge in public administration and institutional capacity development.
