  • Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) has appointed veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan as the brand ambassador for its packaged drinking water brand, Campa Sure, according to people familiar with the matter.
  • The move comes as rival brand Bisleri continues to be endorsed by actor Deepika Padukone.
  • This marks RCPL’s third major brand endorsement agreement in recent months.
  • Earlier in April, Campa onboarded actor Ram Charan as its brand face, launching the campaign during the IPL T20 season. About two months ago, RCPL also entered into a strategic partnership with actor and racer Ajith Kumar’s motorsport team.
