  • Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani stated that Gujarat holds significance far beyond being merely a business location for the group and announced five firm commitments to the State.
  • He noted that Reliance has already invested more than ₹3.5 lakh crore in Gujarat over the past five years and pledged to double this amount to ₹7 lakh crore in the next five years, which he said would generate large-scale employment, livelihoods, and economic growth.
  • Among the commitments, Ambani highlighted Reliance’s focus on achieving global leadership in clean energy and green materials, with the Jamnagar complex being developed as the world’s largest integrated clean energy ecosystem covering solar power, energy storage, green hydrogen, green fertilisers, sustainable aviation fuel, maritime fuels, and advanced materials.
