Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) announced in its latest Annual Report that over the past decade—from FY 2015-16 to FY 2024-25—it has created five times the value for its shareholders. Back in 2015-16, RIL had not yet commercially launched its digital platform Jio, and major petrochemical infrastructure projects such as petcoke gasification, ethane imports, and the refinery off-gas cracker were still under development. Over these 10 years, the company’s market capitalisation rose from ₹3,38,703 crore to ₹17,25,378 crore. Meanwhile, consolidated revenue increased 3.65 times, net profit rose 2.72 times from ₹29,861 crore to ₹81,309 crore, and its net worth climbed 3.4 times to ₹7,95,069 crore.
