The World Medical and Health Games was held in Cartagena, Colombia in November 2023.
It was the 42nd edition of the World Medical and Health Games.
It is also known as the Olympic Games for medical professionals.
Lieutenant Colonel Sanjeev Malik of the Army Medical Corps participated on behalf of India in this game.
Lieutenant Colonel Sanjeev Malik won 5 gold medals in this game.
He is the only athlete to achieve this feat in 2023.
In the medical field, the World Medical and Health Games is the most prestigious global athletic event.
It was organized for the first time in the year 1978 AD.
